#tbt = throwback thursday…wherever that stemmed from…? … …
Today happens to be Thursday and what should pop up within my ‘memories’ on social media was a post with a lovely quote by Rumi along with a photo of my hands birthing a spirit drum. That was from five years ago holy wow. A lot has changed in five years.
My dear hands having been nattering cranky a lot of late… pain is sure teaching me about being in the present moment, breathing… in… … out… … in… … out… … expanding
Awareness arises, knowing, appreciating just how much my dear hands have done, worked, played + created with me over the years, thank you dear hands.
Interesting alignment reveals…good timing?
Below, that quote/photo i had posted five years ago…
“Your hand opens and closes, opens and closes. If it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralysed. Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as birds' wings.” —Jelaluddin Rumi x (((💜)))
above photo: weaver birthing a spirit drum… skin on skin…x (((💜)))
Below, enjoy the most beautiful ‘Thanksgiving Song’ composed by my dear friend, elder David Campbell on youtube…
“I choose to hand-le all my experiences with love and with joy and with ease.” —Louise Hay
Beautiful to reflect and be thankful for so much, even when times are rougher than normal. Just Breathe as you always tell me❣️‼️🙏💜. Love you so much dear sis❣️‼️❤️
